
Booking, Deposits & Cancellations Policy
Thank you for choosing Spardha's Beauty Care! To keep everything running smoothly and fair for all clients, please take a moment to read through the booking terms below.
Booking & Deposits:
A small deposit of £10 is now required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit will come off the final balance at your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if you give enough notice to reschedule.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
With the required notice, your deposit can be moved to your new appointment date (one reschedule per deposit).
If the notice given is less than 1 hour, or in the case of a no-show, you'll be required to pay the full cost of the treatment booked and a new deposit before making any future appointments.
(I am a human, so I understand that sometimes serious things happen. Under very exceptional circumstances, I may consider foregoing the cancellation terms)
Late Arrivals :
Please try to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be lost.
Salon Etiquette:
To keep the space calm and safe, please come alone to your appointment unless agreed beforehand.
If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
