Booking, Deposits & Cancellations Policy  

Thank you for choosing Spardha's Beauty Care! To keep everything running smoothly and fair for all clients, please take a moment to read through the booking terms below.

 

Booking & Deposits:

  • A small deposit of £10 is now required to secure your appointment.

  • Your deposit will come off the final balance at your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if you give enough notice to reschedule.

  • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • With the required notice, your deposit can be moved to your new appointment date (one reschedule per deposit).

  • If the notice given is less than 1 hour, or in the case of a no-show, you'll be required to pay the full cost of the treatment booked and a new deposit before making any future appointments.

(I am a human, so I understand that sometimes serious things happen. Under very exceptional circumstances, I may consider foregoing the cancellation terms)

Late Arrivals :

  • Please try to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment.

  • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be lost.

Salon Etiquette:

  • To keep the space calm and safe, please come alone to your appointment unless agreed beforehand.

  • If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
